Services

The following is a listing of services we provide. Each service is tailored to the individual client. We work closely with each medical provider to insure that we provide all the necessary services to fill the needs of each practice.

  • Timely Billing – Claims are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Accurate Billing – Claims are reviewed for accuracy before being sent.
  • Follow-up – Aggressive carrier follow-up on all delayed, denied or underpaid claims.
  • Electronic and Paper Claims – Claims that can be billed electronically will be; paper claims that need attachments will be mailed at no extra charge.
  • Payment Posting – Payments can be received and posted by Quality Medical Billing Service or payments can be directed to the medical provider for posting (all EOBs must be copied to Quality Medical Billing Service regardless of where payments are directed).
  • Patient Statements – Monthly statements mailed to patients for their balances due (deductible, co-pay, etc.).
  • Monthly Reports to Medical Provider – Report of outstanding receivables, insurance payments, patient payments, etc. sent to client on a monthly basis.
  • Insurance/Government Seminars – We attend all billing seminars in order to stay abreast of current policies and changes.
  • Courier Service – We provide pickup and delivery services for our local clients (San Francisco, California Bay Area).
  • Authorizations - Obtained from insurance companies or third party payers.
  • Patient Data Entry - All pertinent patient information is entered into billing software.
  • Updates to Patient Data - As needed, updated information is entered into billing software.
